Residential Projects

Water Pointe is an 18-home project on 25 acres on canals adjacent to the Great South Bay. Each unit comes with a boat slip. This project was honored by the National Building Museum in Washington D.C. for our shoreline restoration work. We created acres of intertidal salt marsh which cleaned the water in the adjacent canals, allowing the fish to come back to the area. These homes range in size from 2,100 – 3,100 square feet. The architect on this project was Gary Cannella. The Site Engineer was Nelson & Pope.
